St Basil’s Management Team

St Basil’s is particular about who it employs – they are required to be appropriately skilled, demonstrate a commitment to our values, and most importantly able to develop a rapport with you.

All members of the Disability Support Team are required to hold a Certificate 3 in Individual Support (or equivalent).

Our staff are recruited specifically to meet the needs of individual clients. This ensures that you know the people who will be working with you, and that you are able to form long lasting relationships.

All staff are required to participate in ongoing training throughout the year – we consider ongoing learning as fundamental to providing high quality support, accordingly staff training is mandatory, and all staff are paid to attend.

And of course, all our staff have current Police Checks, and where necessary they have current Working with Children checks.
